Post: New! Twitch Streaming

what’s up you cool cats? in an effort to distract myself from the news right now I’ve decided to take to writing a post about my latest goings on. so what i’ve done is become a twitch steamer. more a hobby than a second job, but a job nonetheless. apparently if you just broadcast stuff, people will watch it. which is awesome by the way, because that’s just how I operate.

I’ve never been one for marketing or anyhting like that. I don’t plan to be famous, or rich, or anything. All I expect is that this will be a fun way to get a little cash out of my hobbies.

So maya, what do you stream?

truly, whatever I like. i’ve been playing SCP: Containment Breach live as of recent. It’s quite fun to play and stream, I think the game can tell a captiviating story with its procedurally generated maps and whatnot. Who knows? maybe I’ll stream more horror in the future as well! I also plan to stream art at some point to because why not?

you’re not like… a vtuber are you?

not yet i’m not! though that’s something I’m working on. my current workstation is a linux exclusive thinkpad while my actual PC is sitting idle at my apartment that I still need to finish moving into. but, once I do I think that I can actually get some shit done like more games to stream and at a better quality. I’m looking forward to it!

and anyway, once I make it back to my windows based PC, I’ll get all that Vtubing software that’s exclusive to windows set up so that we can actually, you know, stream!

what else has maya been up to?

working myself to death at good old pilot, getting prescribed progesterone, almost killing myself. the usual. life has been… something lately, but I can sure feel that good ol Zoloft propping me up just enough that I don’t get black out drunk and bleed myself in the bathroom, HAHAH! I HEAR VOICES. HELP ME.
